Hilary is a commercial real estate attorney licensed in New York and North Carolina and has worked in the title industry since 2013. Before joining First Title in 2023, she was National Senior Underwriting Counsel for the NCS Division of First American Title Insurance Company where she underwrote title insurance policies on national commercial real estate transactions. Prior to that, Hilary spent three years at Fidelity National Law Group, the Fidelity National Financial in-house title litigation group and litigated title claims on behalf of Fidelity’s insureds, as well as direct suits against the company. She has also served as a commercial litigator in a boutique law firm in Manhattan specializing in various insurance matters.
