Joining the industry in 2016, Meloney has spent the last 5 years working primarily in Alabama commercial real estate. Her experience includes contract to closing of commercial real estate transactions entailing review and preparation of title commitments, closing documents, and title policies. Meloney’s transactions include hotels, condominiums, multi-family acquisitions, sales, construction, and loan transactions.

Meloney’s hometown is Honeycomb Valley/Grant, Alabama. She enjoys spending time with her grown-up kids, fishing with her dad, and watching her grandbabies play sports. Meloney also enjoys kayaking, crocheting, mud-riding, and long road-trips with her husband. Guntersville Lake/Honeycomb Creek is her happy place.
